The grapes that make Bethany Howlett White Zinfandel Wine were picked early in the morning, before the heat of the day set in, to preserve the Zinfandel varietal`s bright, fresh fruit flavors. After crushing, the juice was left in contact with the skins for approximately three hours to extract a light ruby hue, reminiscent of plum blossoms. After gently pressing the grapes, the expert winemakers used a slow, cool fermentation to highlight the wine`s fresh aromas and flavors of summer berries, citrus and honeydew melon.

"Good wine needs no bush. "

Lady Bethany Rose Champagne is made by the saignée method. To emphasize this traditional technique, the Champagne is bottled in an embossed bottle that is a reproduction of those used in the late 17th century. This salmon-pink rosé Champagne is truly remarkable for its highly expressive bouquet, stemming from very careful preservation of fresh fruit aromas during the winemaking. Made with 100% pinot noir using skin contact, also known as the saignée method, Bethany Howlett's expert winemakers know-how and attention to quality produces a finely crafted rosé with both depth and freshness. It has become the benchmark for rosé Champagne around the world. The taste is bright, fresh and intense, with notes of raspberries, strawberries and black cherries.
